New Zealand has thus won the inaugural President’s Cup. The team impressed at their first participation in a World Championship.

Elizabeth Meecham (NZL): This tournament has been absolutely wonderful, like, it couldn’t have been better for us, coming from New Zealand. We didn’t know what to expect. Everyone has been so friendly and so fun. Today, I think, we all played a good game. We loved it here!

Katerina Pajerova (CZE): For the next matches we will have to train a lot more, then we’ll play better than this. We only had about five training sessions, that’s just not enough for a Championship.
