• Close cooperation and communication with the overall management as well as the areas Hospitality / Volunteers and Competition
  • Assistance in all administrative tasks, especially handling telephone calls, office work, etc .
    Occupy / Organize the Info Point
  • collecting / passing on information to the tournament participants / spectators
  • contact point for inquiries of any kind; Collecting / forwarding / answering these requests
  • cooperation in the accreditation of all participants on the day of arrival

Requirement: good knowledge of German and English.
